Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Transformation Program Operation Specialist to oversee and execute transformation initiatives from discovery to implementation. You will partner with the Transformation Technology Team to deliver streamlined, sustainable solutions across medium to high complexity projects.

Expect strong stakeholder engagement, a growth mindset, and the ability to operate in a data-driven environment. This role emphasizes process re-engineering, control evaluation, and end-to-end project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically more than five years of project management experience

Responsibilities

Lead structured project discussions with stakeholders and translate into requirements
Develop and maintain detailed project plans with sequencing and dependencies
Drive plan execution with urgency, documentation, and stakeholder communications
Create executive-level program communications and decision materials
Act as a self-starter, growth-minded, and able to adapt to evolving processes
Provide credible challenge and analytical thinking to navigate ambiguity
Collaborate with Transformation Technology Team on lifecycle activities from requirements to post-implementation support
