The role supports onboarding, training coordination and team events, handling calendars, presentations and administrative tasks to ensure project momentum and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative, coordinator, or office support roles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and materials.
• Take notes and track action items.
• Maintain project schedules, task lists and docs.
• Follow up on deadlines and assignments.
• Create newsletters and team communications.
• Organize SharePoint sites and project records.
• Prepare reports, presentations and status updates.
• Support onboarding, training coordination and events.
