Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of related consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design and build.
• Document business requirements, system design and goals.
• Configure applications and conduct unit testing.
• Create training materials and user guides for adoption.
• Conduct end-user training sessions for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Engage in ongoing life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements and design future state processes.
