Selective Insurance invites college students to join the Ignite Internship at our Short Hills, NJ corporate office for an 11-week, full-time experience. You will gain exposure to the Transformation Office, including agile concepts, project management, and enterprise improvement initiatives, with hands-on assignments and leadership visibility.

Qualifications

Must be a current college student to qualify (rising juniors and seniors preferred).
Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.
College credit can be earned depending on your institution’s requirements.

Responsibilities

Support execution of the EPMO governance process by preparing materials, coordinating inputs, and assisting with portfolio and initiative-level reporting.
Assist in the development and refinement of business cases and governance artifacts to support investment prioritization and decision-making.
Contribute to portfolio operations and transformation initiatives by conducting research, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross-team coordination efforts aligned to the product operating model.
