As an intern in the Transformation Office, you’ll learn agile concepts, project management, and change management while supporting governance and portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student to qualify (rising juniors and seniors preferred).
• Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.
• College credit can be earned depending on your institution’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the EPMO governance process by preparing materials, coordinating inputs, and assisting with portfolio and initiative-level reporting.
• Assist in the development and refinement of business cases and governance artifacts to support investment prioritization and decision‑making.
• Contribute to portfolio operations and transformation initiatives by conducting research, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross‑team coordination efforts aligned to the product operating model.
