Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Transformation Americas Services in Chicago. You will identify transformation opportunities across Investors Services, gather requirements, quantify business value, design processes, and pilot robust solutions.

You will lead teams, coach analysts, develop metrics, and communicate data effectively while building automations to maximize efficiencies. Strong presentation and senior stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Ability to analyze detailed data for strategic decisions.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams and projects, lead business interactions and assist with transformation proposals.
• Identify transformation opportunities and communicate value proposition.
• Prepare complex written presentation materials.
• Lead, coach and develop Analysts with day-to-day leadership.
