Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting, based in Chicago, is seeking a Managing Director to lead complex Finance Transformation initiatives and client delivery for our Business Transformation practice. You will guide large programs, mentor teams, and drive growth with executive stakeholders.

You will partner with CFOs and CIOs, shape strategy, and oversee budgets, staffing, and timelines while advancing AI-enabled solutions and industry-leading methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Finance Transformation and ERP/EPM programs.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives and analytics.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A.
• Oversee client delivery quality, satisfaction, and account growth.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and expand executive relationships.
• Lead teams, staffing, budgets, and project lifecycle.
• Partner across Accounting Advisory, Risk Advisory, Technology Enablement, and Transactions.
• Represent CrossCountry through thought leadership and events.
