Qualifications

• Strong instructional design, learning content writing, and sense‑making skills.
• Independent design and writing of learning content aligned to outcomes, skills, and behaviours.
• Experience distilling complex information into usable learning content.
• Ability to use generative AI tools for drafting, content variation, and scenario generation.
• Strong learning judgment to validate accuracy, relevance, and ethical AI use.
• Experience designing learning across formats (ILT, self-paced, digital, blended, campaigns).
• Ability to create modular, reusable learning content for flow of work.
• Strong stakeholder management with SMEs across regions and services.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work across teams and time zones.
