ERM is seeking an experienced Learning Content Designer for a 6‑month contract, based in Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, with global scope and time‑zone flexibility. You will transform complex knowledge into practical learning experiences that drive performance and behaviour change, across instructor‑led, digital, and blended formats.

The role emphasizes AI‑assisted content development and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Able to design and write learner‑centred content aligned to outcomes, skills and behaviours.
• Able to distill complex information into usable learning content.
• Experience using AI tools to support first‑draft creation and scenario development.
• Strong editorial judgement to ensure accuracy and alignment with ERM standards.
• Experience designing learning across multiple formats (instructor-led, self-paced, digital, blended).
• Capable of coordinating with SMEs across regions and services.

Responsibilities

• Design and write learner‑centred content aligned to defined outcomes, skills, and behaviours.
• Apply instructional design principles to support application, not just knowledge transfer.
• Create clear, engaging learning narratives across diverse subject matter.
• Adapt content style and depth for different audiences and contexts.
• Distil complex information into effective learning content.
• Prioritise learner performance and deliver content iteratively for speed and quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders across regions to deliver value‑adding learning solutions.
• Design assets for LMS/LXP and workplace platforms with accessibility in mind.
• Coordinate learning logistics and maintain LMS data accuracy.
