ERM is seeking a Learning Content Designer for a six-month contract, based in Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility across time zones. You will transform complex knowledge into practical, high-impact learning experiences that drive real capability and behavior change.

In this global role, you will partner with SMEs, design across formats, and leverage AI tools to accelerate content while upholding accessibility and ERM standards.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design and learning content writing skills.
• Ability to independently design and write learning content aligned to defined outcomes, skills, and behaviours.
• Experience distilling complex information into usable learning content; strong AI content capability.

Responsibilities

• Design learner-centred content aligned to defined outcomes, skills, and behaviours.
• Synthesize complex information into effective learning content.
• Partner with SMEs across regions to deliver value-adding learning solutions.
• Coordinate learning programmes and manage content across LMS/LXP and workplace platforms.
