Job summary

ERM is seeking a Learning Content Designer for a 6-month contract, based in Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, to transform complex knowledge into impactful learning experiences. The role supports a global, fast-moving transformation and focuses on scalable, practical content that improves performance.

You'll design learner-centred materials, synthesize complex info, and leverage AI tools while ensuring accessibility and ERM standards. Collaboration with SMEs across regions is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong instructional design, learning content writing, and sense-making skills.
• Ability to independently design and write learning content aligned to outcomes, skills, and behaviours.
• Experience distilling complex information into usable learning content.
• Effective use of generative AI tools to support first-draft creation and content variation.
• Strong judgement to validate accuracy, relevance, and learning effectiveness.
