• Extensive experience in Regulated Utilities, ideally North American market.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑scale technology implementations and transformation of operations.
• Experience with C‑suite clients, leading strategic conversations and advising on business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for successful execution of client implementation programs.
• Lead a team of Client Delivery Leads and collaborate with Product leadership.
• Develop trust with C‑suite executives and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Set direction and pace for program execution and manage blockers.
• Demonstrate business value and governance throughout and after the program.
