Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a delivery leader to define, own, and deliver mid-size client engagements designed to meet key performance metrics such as cost reduction, process improvement, automation, and enhanced customer/provider experience.

The role manages 1–2 engagements, working with teams of clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver actionable strategic insights while leveraging technology trends to drive transformation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Strategy, Operations, M&A or Human Capital at a consulting firm or equivalent
• 5+ years in a leading global or boutique management consulting firm serving healthcare or similar sectors
• 3 years of management experience leading teams or projects
• 3 years of experience in complex, matrixed environments
• Master's may substitute for two years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for mid-size engagements, defining goals and plans to achieve them
• Plan, organize, and manage all project phases and governance
• Conduct detailed discovery meetings and position ideal solutions
• Performance coaching and development for project team members
• Other duties as assigned or requested
