Job summary

Highmark Inc. seeks a seasoned leader to drive large-scale enterprise transformation programs across health plans and customers. You will gather requirements, define deliverables, and coordinate multiple stakeholders including Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to deliver value.

You will lead workstreams, ensure on-time delivery within budgets, and mentor junior professionals while building institutional knowledge and frameworks for ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Health Administration, or closely related field
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Health Administration, or related field
• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience
• 3 years in Healthcare/Insurance Industry
• 3 years in Technology Platform Delivery
• 3 years in Program/Project Management
• Experience engaging, influencing, and advising senior executive leaders
• Experience working in complex matrixed environments
• Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery and execution of large-scale client transformation programs
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to deliver on commitments
• Support readiness, change management, solution capability, packaging, and delivery planning
• Design and own deliverable artifacts to meet contractual obligations
• Lead engagement workstreams to meet milestones and budgets
• Provide coaching and mentorship for junior resources
• Other duties as assigned
