Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. seeks a Director, Transformation and IT Governance to shape how we operate, modernize, and grow. As a member of the IT Leadership Team, you will drive enterprise transformation across ERP modernization, process excellence, governance, and value realization.

This role partners with business and technology leaders to simplify processes and strengthen IT controls. You will lead budgeting, investment planning, and organizational change, ensuring programs deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise transformation, operations, consulting, program management, or technology.
• Proven success delivering large-scale business and technology transformation.
• Experience with ERP and enterprise process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the enterprise transformation roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
• Partner with senior leaders to align transformation with business strategy.
• Govern ERP modernization and major transformation programs to deliver business value.
• Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.
