Job summary

MeriCal is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation to lead the strategy, governance, and modernization of our enterprise software ecosystem across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and customer operations.

You will mentor a team of Solution Architects, partner with executive leadership, and drive initiatives that improve data visibility, automation, and business agility while shaping the future-state technology roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications or technology platforms.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Experience leading ERP implementation, migration, or modernization.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead governance, lifecycle management, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
Ensure enterprise applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Partner with business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial.
Drive continuous improvement focused on operational efficiency, data visibility, and scalability.
