Quantum Work Advisory is looking for an Engagement Manager to manage multiple projects and act as a sponsor for initiatives. You will manage resource allocations and ensure projects stay within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in project management and client relationship management at various levels. You will oversee project milestones and communicate risks and needs to stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to contracts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience or equivalent business management experience.
• 5+ years of direct VP+ level relationship management experience.
• Strong planning experience and project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple resources indirectly across all workstreams.
• Clarify project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee project work plan development and management.
