Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Tempe, AZ seeks an Engagement Manager to sponsor the QuantumWork Advisory portfolio and act as the face of QWA to clients. You will lead complex engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and guide project delivery across multiple streams.

You will ensure contractual compliance, optimize resources, and advise executives on status and direction while maintaining scope, schedule and GP targets in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years direct VP+ level relationship management experience.
• Experience with client relationship management at all levels from managers to C-suite.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies and/or experience at a consulting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor on multiple projects concurrently; relationship management with stakeholders.
• Monitor scope and cost to align with contractual obligations.
• Indirectly manage resources across all workstreams.
• Clarify project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, and resources.
• Estimate resources and adjust as needed to meet goals.
• Advise senior leadership on status, recommendations, and course corrections.
• Maximize GP on portfolio to prevent overruns.
