Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, part of Allegis Group, is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead client engagements across the portfolio. You will sponsor projects, manage scope, and coordinate resources across multiple workstreams to deliver contractual outcomes.

This role requires strong relationship management at all levels, deep PM experience, and the ability to partner with senior executives. North America locations are considered; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships from managers to C-suite.
• Strong interpersonal and consensus-building skills.
• Solid planning and project management experience.
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies and design thinking.
• Proven track record of delivering complex engagements.
• 8+ years project management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in VP+ level relationship management.
• 3 years of Allegis Group company experience (desired).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor multiple projects and manage client relationships across portfolios.
• Monitor scope and costs to align with contracts.
• Oversee resources across all workstreams.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with senior leadership.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
• Estimate resources and adjust as needed.
• Resolve issues and conflicts within teams.
• Address client escalations to meet outcomes on time.
• Advise leadership on status and course corrections.
• Apply appropriate lifecycle methodologies and quality standards.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements.
• Expand key business relationships vital to project success.
• Communicate risks and status to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance across workstreams to avoid issues.
• Maximize gross profit while maintaining scope and timeline.
