Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, seeks an Engagement Manager who will act as the project sponsor and face of QWA to clients and partners. You will lead projects, manage multiple workstreams, and influence outcomes across complex engagements.

This role emphasizes relationship management with executives, program governance, and adherence to project methodologies, including design thinking and agile elements where relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience with client relationship management at all levels including executives (C-suite).
• Strong planning and project management capabilities; familiarity with consulting methodologies and design thinking preferred.
• Proven track record leading projects and managing budgets/scope across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Sponsoring projects and managing client relationships across portfolio.
• Monitor scope and cost alignment with contracts.
• Directs resources across workstreams and ensures milestones are met.
• Communicates risks and status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Adheres to development life cycle and agile practices where applicable.
