Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client projects within the QWA portfolio. You will sponsor projects, manage scope and budget, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams while maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires 8+ years of project management and 5+ years of VP+ level relationship experience, with experience in consulting or design thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships at senior levels (managers to C-suite).
• Strong planning and project management capabilities; knowledge of consulting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management as sponsor on multiple projects concurrently.
• Monitor scope and cost against contractual obligations.
• Manage resources across all workstreams and projects.
• Clarify project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop and manage project work plans, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Estimate resources needed to achieve goals and address issues promptly.
• Resolve client escalations to meet outcomes and schedules.
• Advise leadership on project status and course corrections.
