Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client‑facing projects across our portfolio. This role acts as sponsor, escalation point, and faces clients and partners on active engagements, with indirect people management across multiple workstreams.

You will oversee scope, cost, and delivery, coordinate resources, and guide senior stakeholders through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships across multiple levels, including C-suite.
• Ability to build consensus among diverse groups and manage expectations.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and project governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sponsor relationships across multiple projects.
• Monitor scope and costs aligned with contracts.
• Coordinate resources across all workstreams.
• Clarify project goals and deliverables with executives.
• Develop and manage the project work plan and milestones.
• Estimate required resources and manage teams/tools.
• Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Respond to client escalations; manage timelines and costs.
• Advise leadership on project status and course corrections.
• Ensure adherence to lifecycle methodology and quality objectives.
• Monitor milestones to avoid jeopardy of schedule.
• Grow business relationships vital to project success.
• Communicate risks and status to stakeholders.
• Provide senior guidance in workstream sessions.
• Maximize gross profit on portfolio while controlling scope.
