Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Strategy, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading discovery, strategy, and transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis, operating models, and transformation methodologies.
• Expertise in enterprise AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements to identify high-value transformation initiatives across business segments.
• Evaluate opportunities for impact, feasibility, risk, and ROI.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather data and insights.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and roadmaps for executives.
• Evaluator opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and data modernization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to assess feasibility and approaches.
