Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Transformation Portfolio across RTR, PTP, OTC, AI & Automation and related initiatives.
• Establish governance, prioritization, capacity planning, investment oversight, and executive reporting.
• Deliver program and project execution with disciplined scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Drive organizational change, readiness, communications, and learning enablement.
