Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Lehi, Utah is seeking a program/project manager to join our Digital Consulting team to lead transformation projects. The role focuses on integrating business processes and technology to support clients in successful digital transformations.

Successful candidates will manage senior-level client relationships, drive project delivery across multiple workstreams, and apply Agile methods while coordinating internal and external resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
• Ability to lead and supervise others.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team through definition and delivery of transformation projects which may include business process and/or technology implementations.
• Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness of project approach and plans aligned to critical phases of implementation (analyze, design, build, test, deploy) and/or long-term roadmaps describing delivering large-scale solutions.
• Elicit and define requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, etc.
• Manage and implement multiple projects through delegation, coordination, communication, and organization.
• Coordinate deployment of projects included staffing resources, deadlines, and end user expectations.
• Ensure that all projects are properly documented, including a business case, business requirements, and implementation plan.
