Role/Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, organization design, and performance management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving successful IT operating model transformations and optimizing organizational performance.

• Design future-state organizational structures that support new IT operating model objectives and business requirements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive organization design strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support sales cycle to prepare proposals, estimates and consulting engagement plan.
• Analyze current role definitions, responsibilities, and competency requirements across IT functions.
• Oversee performance management initiatives to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps for organizational structure changes.
• Create transition plans that minimize business disruption while achieving transformation objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks for ongoing organizational design decisions and adjustments.
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance transformation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in large program management, with a focus on IT operating model transformations.
• Proven expertise in IT organization design and IT performance management.
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery models, technology organizations, and digital transformation.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and modern IT operating methodologies and their organizational implications.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and its relationship to organizational structure.
• Understanding of vendor management, outsourcing, and hybrid workforce models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.
• Certification in Agile frameworks and project management frameworks would be a plus.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $76,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $157,300 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
