Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to help top technology and AI companies translate strategy into scalable, high-impact transformations. You will lead initiatives across four domains, drive execution with client teams, and measure ROI in real time.

You bring a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) and at least 3 years in tech or consulting, with strong client communication and a track record of delivering complex engagements where AI plays a central role.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in tech or consulting.
Strong client communication and executive-facing delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Translate strategies into actionable plans and operating models for technology clients.
Drive execution alongside client teams, removing barriers and ensuring lasting impact.
Size the value at stake for transformations and track ROI in real time.
Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
Develop client-ready materials communicating progress and recommendations.
Lead workstreams end-to-end, delivering ready-for-client outputs.
Ensure quality, coherence, and client-readiness across deliverables.
Support business development and grow existing client relationships.
Develop junior team members through feedback and ownership opportunities.
Travel: average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
