Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build the implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models for transformation in technology companies.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers, manage stakeholders, and ensure initiatives land with lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against it; help clients understand and capture ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress, decisions, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; design the approach, manage the work, and deliver outputs ready for the client.
• Own quality across everything the team produces; coherence, rigor, and client-readiness as the standard.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals, shape POV on new opportunities, and grow client relationships.
• Develop junior team members; provide honest feedback and create ownership opportunities.
