Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in tech, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in tech or consulting.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus.
• Strong client communication with ability to influence senior executives.
• Hands-on experience applying AI, data visualization, or analytics to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies into actionable implementation plans and operating models for tech clients.
• Drive execution alongside client teams and remove barriers to ensure lasting impact.
• Size and track ROI of transformation initiatives in real time.
• Execute cost reduction and efficiency opportunities, including AI spend and infrastructure usage.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; deliver outputs ready for client use.
• Own quality across all team deliverables to ensure coherence and client-readiness.
• Support business development and nurture existing client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and foster ownership.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
