Job summary

Experis is seeking a Transformation Coach 4 - Contingent in Charlotte, NC to join the Organizational Development team. The role supports multiple teams through change initiatives, coaching, and training to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, with certifications in change management or coaching preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
