EY is seeking a Staff member in Transformation Architecture and Delivery to help clients transform through people, technology and innovation. Based in EY Consulting, you will bridge strategy and execution across business and technology, delivering architecture frameworks and governance while enabling value realization.

You will work with TA&D teams across operating models, governance, and portfolio analyses, applying SAFe, Scrum, and other delivery methods, while traveling as needed to client

Competenze

• 2+ years of consulting or business transformation experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for diverse teams.
• Proven ability to translate concepts into actionable insights.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver architecture frameworks and governance materials.
• Support program and portfolio delivery using TMO/PMO approaches.
• Apply Agile methods (SAFe, Scrum) to drive value realization.
