Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff-level consultant in the Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice. You will bridge strategy and execution, supporting design and delivery of architecture frameworks and governance materials.

You will work with teams to enable transformation initiatives that drive value for clients across technology and business functions. The role emphasizes collaboration, Agile delivery, and the use of AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and insights.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in consulting or business transformation.
Strong collaboration and teamwork capability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical and problem solving with proactive mindset.
Agile, growth-oriented with ability to navigate ambiguity.
Develop commercial awareness and impact focus for global/domestic clients.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit).
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
Reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites.

Responsibilities

Support design and delivery of architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.
Contribute to transformation programs via TMO/PMO, SAFe, Scrum, and governance materials.
Assist with operating models, cost optimization, and technology strategy across SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cloud, ERP.
Prepare client-ready stories, business cases, and performance reports to demonstrate value.
