Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant consulting or transformation experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
• Ability to translate concepts into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of architecture frameworks and program management.
• Collaborate with project teams to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformations.
• Contribute to governance materials and portfolio analyses.
• Develop client-ready storytelling and business cases.
