Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff in Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) to help transform client operations through people, technology, and innovation. You will design and deliver architecture frameworks, manage programs, and realize value across transformation initiatives.

You’ll contribute to operating models, cost optimization, and governance with teams applying SAFe, Scrum, and other Agile methods, while leveraging AI tools and collaborating across global client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments.
• Developing commercial awareness and a desire to contribute meaningful impact for global and domestic organizations.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs.
• Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required.

• In the TA&D Business practice, you will work with project teams and clients to help plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
• Your work may include supporting transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, applying Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum, tracking risks and resources across workstreams.
