Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of attendance at NAU-Yuma.
• Two years of experience as a YES Program participant.
• Applicants may indicate any additional language proficiencies (e.g., English/Spanish).
• Arizona Driver's License or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide mentees through their transfer journey and academic guidance.
• Assist YES Ambassadors with workshops on admissions, scholarships, financial literacy, and time management.
• Serve as a single point of contact for transitioning students and connect them to NAU services (advising, library, technology).
• Support and participate in planning initiatives and department needs.
