Job summary

Reworld is hiring for a general labor role at a municipal solid waste transfer station. You will safely perform duties, follow PPE protocols, and support efficient site operations.

The position requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and special projects assigned by a supervisor. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path to advance within a growing environmental solutions company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends.
• Experience at OSHA-regulated sites preferred.
• Strong customer service skills to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety rules and PPE compliance for customers and employees.
• Instruct customers on proper disposal locations on tipping floor.
• Perform inspections in line with state Waste Ban Regulations.
• Direct traffic for residents and commercial vehicles.
• Maintain site with yard work, track maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Run equipment checks before and after operations.
• Provide customer service to residents unloading items.
• Conduct facility inspection checks as assigned.
• Enforce all Reworld safety policies and procedures.
