You will perform site maintenance, assist with equipment operation, and follow all safety policies. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Good math, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Practical common-sense reasoning to solve routine workplace problems.

Responsibilities

• Site Clean-up & Litter Control around the transfer station perimeter and operational areas.
• Operate on-site equipment such as street sweepers, pickup trucks and mowing equipment.
• Perform general office and yard maintenance and track cleaning on tracked equipment.
• Direct customer and operational traffic to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Fuel vehicles and equipment and assist team members as needed.
