Job summary

Waste Pro Transfer Station is seeking a General Labor position to maintain and repair the building and grounds on site in Florida. The role involves cleaning facilities, restrooms, storage areas, garages, and outdoor spaces.

You will walk the property to identify repairs, remove hazards, and support parking lot safety. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, gutter cleaning, painting specified areas, and assisting with tipping floor safety protocols for trailers following established

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general labor tasks and maintenance.
• High School education or GED preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds of the facility.
• Cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages, and grounds.
• Inspect property for repairs and hazards.
• Maintain parking lot and exterior safety.
• Mow grass, trim trees, weed beds, edges borders, and clean gutters.
• Paint specified areas as directed.
• Assist with safety procedures for tipping floors and trailer spotting.
