North American Stamping Group is seeking a Transfer Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Portland, TN. You will safely operate stamping presses, set up dies, inspect parts, and follow NASG's quality and 5-S standards to ensure efficient production.

$750 Signing Bonus: For new hourly employees who complete consecutive weeks of service they shall receive a retention bonus paid in 2 increments: $300 shall be paid after 90 days of the employee's start date and the remaining balance of $450 shall be paid after 180 days of the employee's start date.
Safely and efficiently operate a stamping press producing stamped parts. The primary focus being on safety, quality, and efficient production techniques by utilizing the NASG Press standards and procedures. Continuous improvement attitude with a willingness to adopt new ideas/skills using the TQPS principles of TSL.
