North American Stamping Group is seeking a second shift assembler to pack components produced from the press and prepare them for shipment. This role supports the production line with accurate, efficient work in a fast-paced automotive components environment.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, reads English work instructions, and can lift up to 50 pounds while standing for 8 hours.

Sign On Bonus - This position is eligible to receive a $1,000 sign on bonus (paid in installments) after you have worked 52 weeks!
Our 2nd Shift offers a 10% shift premium for employees.
High school diploma or GED - minimum
Basic computer skills and demonstrated basic math skills
Must be able to read and understand work instructions in English
Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
Prefer previous experience in an assembly / manufacturing environment.
Ability to work with a dynamic and demanding team
Accurate, efficient, & proactive in daily duties
Ability to conduct basic maintenance or mechanical activities as required
Ability to work at a fast pace
Ability to learn, make decisions, and be creative & flexible
Ability to problem solve
Capable of lifting 50 pounds
Ability to stand up for a minimum of 8 hours
