Job summary

You will work up to 30 hours per week at the Hardin Valley Campus, helping students understand transfer pathways and deadlines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage a caseload of approximately 200 students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of transfer-in students and provide individualized coaching.
• Plan transfer-focused programs and coordinate with campus/university partners.
• Use Navigate360, Banner, Argos to identify priority students and track engagement.
• Document outreach and coaching activities accurately in the college system.
• Maintain caseload records for program assessment and reporting.
