Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, education, higher education, student services, or a related area.
• Experience coordinating projects, processes, or initiatives involving multiple internal and/or external partners.
• Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, requirements, or other complex organizational information.
• Experience organizing and maintaining detailed records, documentation, timelines, and multiple concurrent priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, review, implementation, renewal, and maintenance of articulation and transfer agreements with four-year institutions.
• Serve as primary operational contact for university partners and coordinate cross‑functional communication.
• Facilitate collaboration between faculty and university partners to ensure credit transferability and clear transfer pathways.
• Maintain centralized articulation and transfer records and documentation.
• Coordinate review/approval processes for articulation agreements to ensure standards compliance.
• Monitor agreements and update as needed to reflect curricular changes.
