Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, higher education, student services, business, communications, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, education, higher education, student services, academic affairs, partnership development, or a related area.
• Experience coordinating projects, processes, or initiatives involving multiple internal and/or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate articulation and transfer agreements with four-year institutions and serve as a primary operational contact for university partners.
• Collaborate with faculty, advising, enrollment, and other departments to align transfer pathways and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor agreements, update pathways, and support grant-funded transfer initiatives and program evaluations.
