• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of experience in professional guest or customer service-related relations, information management, project coordination, student development, or enrollment services.
• Ability to build positive relationships with diverse constituents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer credit and transcript coordination using DARS/uAchieve and ISRS.
• Manage Warrior Hub Enrollment Services inquiries and ensure timely processing of registrations and related tasks.
• Safeguard and organize hardcopy and digital student records, including name changes and data privacy requests.
• Support commencement planning and cross-department coordination as needed.
