Job summary

Lackawanna College seeks a Transfer Credit Evaluator, CPL, reporting to the Associate Registrar. You’ll ensure transfer credit evaluations for online and graduate students are accurate and timely, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including other Registrars and evaluators.

Some remote work may be possible, but regular in-person attendance is required with occasional travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience with CRM required (Salesforce a plus) along with knowledge of Jenzabar or comparable platforms.
• Experience with transfer credit evaluation software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transcript reporting with National Student Clearinghouse for accurate delivery.
• Conduct official transcript evaluations for new and returning students.
• Maintain timely service by resolving transcript requests and guiding students and parents.
• Enter transfer credits and pending credits in the student information system.
• Collaborate with Enrollment and Academic Advisors on transfer matters.
