Job summary

The University of South Carolina Office of the Registrar is seeking a Transfer Credit Coordinator to join the Transfer Team. This role coordinates evaluation and posting of domestic coursework to student records and supports transfer students as they report transfer work from other institutions.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely updates to records to support student success and working within the EM Office of the Registrar.

Qualifications

• Experience with transfer evaluation and Banner SIS (or similar SIS).
• Ability to create fully functional spreadsheets and organize/analyze large data sets.

Advertised Job Summary

The Transfer Credit Coordinator serves as a member of the Transfer Team within the Office of the University Registrar. This position coordinates the evaluation and posting of domestic coursework to student records. The Transfer Credit Coordinator supports our transfer students as they report transfer work taken at other institutions and ensures timely updates to their records to support their student success.

• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Ability to create fully functional spreadsheets and be familiar with organizing and analyzing large sets of data.

• Preferred Qualifications- Experience with transfer evaluation and Banner student information system (SIS) or similar SIS.
