• Facilitates relationships between leadership, medical staff and teams for patient room assignments.
• Evaluates staffing needs with nursing units for capacity surge and flow plans.
• Completes data collection, monitoring and evaluation.
• Completes rounds and supervises day-to-day operations.
• Participates in telemedicine, business development and hospital outreach.
