Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years in general or specialty nursing practice.
• Active RN license in Louisiana.
• Strong communication and rapid decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient transfer requests between facilities.
• Document transfers accurately and maintain EMR records.
• Provide superior customer service and escalation per protocol.
• Assess and triage patients, collaborating with teams for best facility.
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA and FMOLHS policies.
