Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight of daily patient flow and bed placement decisions.
• Supports administration, management, and nursing staff in achieving patient-centered care goals.
• Facilitates relationships between leadership, medical staff, and interdisciplinary teams for patient placement based on diagnosis and acuity.
• Assesses staffing needs with nursing units to support capacity surge and patient flow escalation.
• Performs data collection, monitoring, and rounds for day-to-day operations.
