Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Four years of experience in lieu of education may substitute formal education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bed placement with RN assistance and data management.
• Create and author reports for leadership and departments.
• Audit documentation for transfer data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist RN to connect calls on Transfer Center side with clinical guidance.
• Plan system improvements to enhance transfer center performance and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of Transfer Center/Bed Management directives.
• Support physicians after initial RN triage and manage office logistics.
